My recent scheduling of the annual Saw Marathon and my conversation with Newj led me to this:  It is generally difficult to distinguish movies in a long series when they are only titled by numbers (Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm St., and now Saw).  I think these movies should be given subtitles to help remember which are which.  Here are the ( Read more... )

The following is a rambling review of the Green Day show Cassie and I saw last night.

Last time we saw a show at the Comcast Center, we were stuck in traffic and miss almost all of the opening bands.  Bleh.  This time, we left at 4:00 for the 7:00 show, arriving in the parking lot around 5:00.  We had seats, not GA tickets, so we went to a pizza pub ( Read more... )

So... As most of you know I've been a sick duckling for the past couple of days.  Here's what happened, and how I'm dealing with it.

So... thanks to horrendous amounts of work I have to do before Thursday combined with my volunteering to perform at Wentworth... I don't have time to go to see Dethklok tomorrow.  If anyone would like to buy my ticket from me, it's general admission at the House of Blues tomorrow at 6.  Mastadon is also performing, so there are *real* bands there ( Read more... )
