Judy Jacobs. She wore a lot of purple, had dark hair and remains my favorite teacher still. She was a very decent woman, thought I was wonderful and had complete faith in me. I wonder what happened to her.
2. ...your favorite Saturday morning cartoon?
Superfriends...I'd get so upset if I missed it.
3. ...the name of your very first best friend?
Ginny... met her in the 2nd grade.
4. ...your favorite breakfast cereal?
Grape-Nuts. So tiny, so simple....so crunchy they shatter your teeth...
5. ...your favorite thing to do after school?
My grandmother and mother ran a shop (tailoring/alterations/dressmaking)....I would sit in the back room with a dressmaker's dummy, yards of diaphanous fabric and a box of pins and "make" these Grecian-esque toga-dresses on the dummy. Sort of like Fashion Plates (yeah, I am that old) but 3-D.
I bought Rhiannon a similar toy once, but they were complete crap. I was more disappointed, I think.
Hurrah for teachers, period. Save for Mrs. Giesenschlag. 4th grade. Toenail fungus. Dumped my desk and called me "dirty" for drawing a Senor Wences face on my hand. Horrible person. I'm over it, I swear. >;D
