walking home sipping hot vanilla coffee under a laughing blue sky with my headphones playing music in my ears, and my skin drinking in the beaming heat of the sun while breezes dance the trees.

the housewarming party was a definite success. a lot of friends from work, and a lot of anne's friends and our now-mutual friends showed up.... and there was (and still is) a massive amount of food. good times were had as my worlds mixed... as those to whom i'm always shani saw another side of me, the 'shana' side. i was glad that they came. and ( Read more... ) -

i started off the day in the pissiest mood. it's improved, though. going to do fun things with mary in work capacities in the next few weeks. we had excellent conversations, and i did a little show and tell of some of my personal collection of kids' books with her and sofia... we found a cheap(!) mover. and there weren't too many kids today. jph ( Read more... )
