btw, just wanted you to know that i was in a little shop in franklin, tn this week and i saw some locally made jarred pumpkin butter so, of course, i had to get it. i ate it on some toast this morning and it is quite delicious. i am so glad that i finally found some!! i also got some strawberry butter for my hubby and i'll let you know if it's good!

YAY pumpkin butter!! I'm glad that you found some!! Be warned, it's pretty addictive. Strawberry butter sounds really tasty, too. :D

thanks! i'm thinking on doing movies, too. i'm not sure. i love hearing about books from other people... there's so much crapola out there in the bookstores, any tips on good stuff is always appreciated. i'd love if you kept a book list :)

what i've done with this one is make it a memory - that way, i can go back to it and edit it anytime i choose... to make a memory, just write a post like usual, and then press on your comment link, and press the heart button up on the top. you can make other people's entries memories, too, whenever you want, by doing the same thing :)

I haven't read it, am actually not as fond of period-writing as I am of period movies... one of my quirks. The movie is definitely good, though!

I saw "The House of Mirth" in the theaters when it was out, and was rather bored to tears by it, even though I was ecstatic to see Gillian Anderson. But since then, I've seen it two more times on tv and have appreciated it greatly. Perhaps seeing it in the comforts of my own home has something to do with it, but it was easier to understand and digest the story. So sad and beautiful.. :)

It could be one of those where setting matters - I can understand that. I'm enjoying it very much - will probably finish it tonight. (and yay gillian, of course!)
