I came home from work early today because I'm sick, yet again. Mom thinks I might have pneumonia, so I'm going to the doctor's later. But this morning before I left, my boss took me aside and told me that she'd had reports that I'd been snippy to the new girl, and to a girl who used to work at the barn. You know, the one thing I learned at the barn is that it's the hardest thing in the world to be a boss. I know I wasn't very good at it! I let Les be in charge and look at how awful it was for the past year! I was spoken to about that, more than once ( ... )

I'll tell you who it was later, just so I'm not naming names, but from what I understand she had told Sarah a few months ago when it happened, and she felt so bad she almost went home for the rest of the day. I feel a bit better now because I talked to them about it, and told them that I'm not used to being in charge and if I'm ever snippy again towards any of them to please call me out on it, and they all understood. So I was extra nice on Sunday and it went okay.

But thank you - I do feel better now. :) I think we need to do something fun, if you get a free day. Maybe the Quadrangle, or Six Flags? Or even bike riding or a movie marathon at one of our houses. Let me know what you're up for!

I'm up for anything too - but not till Tuesday because I've got two major papers to do for Monday and I haven't started them yet. Who knows how to analyze a curriculum? Uh? Sucks being the only non-teacher in this ridiculous class!

Rereading Harry Potter - just finished book 5 and now am on book 6. Okay - so on page 30-something Snape refers to himself in the third person. I'm wondering if he's not really Snape. Maybe there're two of them running around. Maybe Regulus has been on polyjuice for 16 years. Maybe Snape was really good at the Dark Arts but Regulus was the Potions prodigy....

Next week will be fine, since it's my last free week before working seven days a week starting the 25th! Good luck on those papers.

Ooh, I've missed our HP theories! That's a good one... I need to reread books 5 and 6. I do have a feeling we haven't seen the rest of Regulus!

I've just reread the Slytherin Study Group series on fanfiction.net... I laughed so hard I cried!
