It can be so frustrating sometimes. Makes me wonder what kinds of things I have brought on myself and where my life could have gone. Just one of the thousand stupid thoughts that cross my mind.

Going down, down, down.....
So my weight is retreating but so are my ambitions. It has been a rough month at work. Hopefully it will get better.

Monday mornin'
Had a horrible dream. I really don't know what was really going on but I do remember telling my son to stay in a house until 3 days pasted before leaving and heading West. I woke up thinking, why am I leaving my son alone? Really weird and scarey feeling. Anywho, I did not get to exercise this weekend due to Robert being out of town all weekend ( Read more... ) -
Patience
I need some more of that please over here. I'm all run out. The past few days have been tiring beyond belief. I just hope things get easier on all fronts. Still exercising even though waking up this week was not easy. Not at all. Welp, not much else to report on. It's going to be a rough weekend.

So....
It's been a few, unfortunately. Well I haven't strayed to far. Saturday was the only day I did not really exercise. I think I made up for it on Sunday with my crazy run. My diet has stayed the course and there have been very few days where I went over my allotment. I try to over estimate on my intake that way I know I am not setting myself up ( Read more... ) -
Rough Morning
Totally did not want to get out of bed, but I know where that goes. I'll sleep in and be like "oh man, this is what I'm missing! (which is really nothing)" Then I'll sleep in again. And again. And so on. Next thing you know it is 3 months later and I haven't exercised. So I got out of bed. Yay. Congrats to me. I feel like I'm tired but I think ( Read more... ) -
Back to the grind
My first full week of the new year plus overtime, what was I thinking? Yesterday was rough to say the least. Much better to have shakes for breakfast and lunch than lunch and dinner. I feel like I'm missing something if I do not have real food for dinner.

Home Sweet Home
Back home from Disneyland. Feet are tired and so is my back. I am very scared to get on the scale tomorrow. I guess I'll see how well my diet does on the go. I don't think I did that bad but the scale does not lie.
