So with Christmas two days away, now comes the crunch for food shopping. I've got my list and we are going full force after lunch before picking up Parker. My prep-work for getting ready for the new year is going well. So the time is near......
My idealshape meal replacement came in the mail along with the fake peanut butter and portable electric blender. Nine days until the big change. I thought I would be dreading it more but I am not. I am getting over the fact that food is so delicious that it is just not appetizing any more. I love baking but I guess I can bake for others now as ( Read more... ) -
Ready for a change
Work food is the the devil. It tastes so good but shows so easily on my body. Only 11 days left of crazy food until I say goodbye for a good while.

Life
Wow, read some stuff and it is amazing how things have changed in three years. Just very interesting. I love my life and don't understand why I was so unhappy. Maybe that's what happens when you get older. Acceptance. It's a great thing.

Oversimplification
Wow that is a big word. Anyways lets just play along. I hate people who oversimplify. Reason being, they are liars. And the worst kind of liar. Just throwing it out there. Just think about it. Things to keep in mind....
Katrina, time to face some facts that you know but need to be REMINDED of. You LOVE food, it is okay to admit that. Food on the other hand does not love you back. 49 weeks you say?
Yeah, 49 weeks since my last entry. You can say a lot has happened since then. I got promoted and moved to a new store. I moved into a new place. A new dog is in the mix and I'm applying to grad school. It has been quite busy really. It mad me sad to read my last entry. It shows how truly unhappy I was at that time.
