JD is laying in his bed, wrapped up in a scarf, a sweatshirt, sweatpants and a hat with a pompom on top. He is drinking tea and looking miserable, coughing from time to time and accumulating a very impressive pile of tissues next to his bed.

While it normally would have sounded like JD's normal, perky self, this sounded a bit like a croak. He did attempt a smile though.
