we should do an ellicotville trip again soon. i think it'd have to be weekdays though, but we'll see. we should get up before melanie has the baby.

"everyday is a weekend for me", i did shoulders today and it fucking killed. sorry to go off on you this morning, but you really should let me know if you're not going to come so i don't have to go in so damn early. i had off today and could've gone in anytime! it's all good though. biceps tomorrow...hope you're ready.
