I had the weirdest dream last night (no, not that one. Not this time, anyway.)
Rather, I was hanging out with Skinny Puppy circa 1985. But they weren't using a typical drum machine. Rather they had this homebrewed monstrosity shaped roughly like the TARDIS console and played with electrically connecting pads (much like the ones in this clip). -

RELEVATOR (the RR fundraiser in my previous post) is now cancelled. All I know is "circumstances beyond our control".
No gig for me. But I will probably be doing crap at the RR Primer the next weekend, some of which might be related to the now cancelled DJ/PA thing. So here, have a flyer for that!

What to (hypothetically) do
So, hypothetically, if I were doing some sort of performance, say, next month, what do you think I should play/do?
a) Electro
b) Belgian New Beat Roots and Branches (i.e. some minimal wave/EBM predecessors and acid house/rave followers would be included). This would be somewhat similar to the RFRR netcast that occurred recently ( Read more... )
