I've been crying. Because... I look at all these jobs that I Could do but I don't have the training in the skills to do them, or they're shit jobs that I should take anyway but they're so far away half my paycheck will evaporate with the gas to get out to them

*hugs!! you have plenty of skills. you have management experience, leadership skills, problem solving, and customer service experience. you have education and you're working on furthering it. so what if all you can get are entry level jobs? entry level jobs in something you're interested in lead to experience in your particular field of interest, and places to work your way up to something that's really worthwhile. and if that's all you can get, that's what loans are for, or, as shitty as it sounds, second part time jobs. things will be OKAY, and you just need to stop and look around and realize, realistically, that you have a LOT of positive things to work with, and while things might seem not so great at the moment, tomorrow is another day. and if tomorrow turns out to be shitty, well, then, there's next week.

Here, here! I second everything that Belleatrix (LeStrange? *wg*) just said. You've lots going for you, but right now, things are bleak and it is hard for you to see that silver lining. Things Will get better, they have to get better. But things come with time. Even if it means sacrificing your intarwebz time and even more so other things... you can work through the hard things and eventually find another level platform to stand on. Things will be rocky, you will be hurting inside.. but I just know it will work out for you, hon.

Even if you're scared.. you have people rooting for you. We believe in you and wish you only the best of luck.

On a slightly different note, but not really: ... have you ever thought about seeing the from the city, about like.. unemployment benefits, or foodstamps or Something? The help is there for a reason.. it's not just pity!me money. If anything, what about the idea of roommates? or leaving the place you live in now to be a live-in roommate with someone else?

I was on job seekers (unemployment allowance) for about sixmonths before I landed my job. It was a temp xmas job that eventually turned out to be something I don't mind doing. So it's doable.

Michael you're wonderful and I want to squish you. You could always take something for the moment so you have some form of employment and keep looking for another job.

It'll sort itself out. Promise.
