A little advice for everyone...

Don't listen to anything people say about what you are studying in school. I'm as guilty as the next person when I say certain degrees are pointless/stupid *cough business/art cough cough*, but really no one knows. This is advice I have heard before (not very often) but it was reaffirmed for me over the past week or so

the boss at my internship is the campaign head for Peter Defazio the congressional representative here, and got the job 3 days out of college. She is like the same age as some of my friends. It seems to just be all about networking...

yeah. thats why i think its totally up to the individual and not what they are studying.
