Of course it was predictable. All sports movies are, EXCEPT for Cool Runnings. This is a good story and was really hard to believe that it was based on truth. The movie would have been half as long if they hadn't used so much slow motion, but once again, it's a sports movie. Snakes on a Plane was number one in the box offices, but only brought in 15.25 million in this opening weekend. It's budget was 30 million. I'm actually surprised by this.

The movie was good. A little predictable and very after-school-special'ish, but if you can handle that then it's ok. If you are looking for a date movie this would be it.
