Damn, this is NOT good for me! Lol! I was JUST thinking how I REALLY don't feel like going home to do this crap, and here you are saying that you didn't do it...and my period starts tonight/tomorrow morning, so I'm just...blah (PLUS Mac won't be home till later which pushes my workout to later). So yeah...don't think it's gonna happen today. At least I did weight loss yoga this morning, right?
You're already so ahead of me here. You got to week 2 before you took your break. You did yoga this morning. You're well younger than me AND have 3 kids younger than my 5 year old. Srsly. You're ON!
The 30 Day Shred is a workout DVD by the trainer from a show called The Biggest Loser. It's 20 minutes of intense strength, cardio and abs, every day over 3 levels. http://www.jillianmichaels.com/ I started it and then stopped for various lame reasons. I was going to start again today and blog about it with various friends. I'm pretending that I never started it so it's a redeux (all hollywood and junk) ;p
