Is it me, or doesn't it seem like PROMO is not doing much for us glbt here in missouri. and the HRC is getting pretentious, snobby, and high class. whatever happened to giving out flyers and working the streets? not to mention helping people face to face? I believe the HRC is starting to look like a money grubbing organization

Where you been? They're kind of infamous in my book for being all about assimilating white, upper-middle class gay (and possibly lesbian) people as quickly as possible. Not to mention the donations they give/get from sketchy places. Anywho.

Check with the ACLU's Anti-Violence Project or their Making Schools Safe project (at least I think both of those are done by the ACLU).

and as of where have i been, with the american red cross volunteering as a nurse in third world countries.
