i just read your lj user interests. i have never actually met anyone interested in furries. :) i'm slightly intrigued.

so what kinda gathering is going on for mardi gras?

I also run the Mephit Fur Meet in Memphis http://www.mephitfurmeet.net which is one of the larger Furry conventions. There is a little bit of everything in Furry...art/writing/costuming/gaming and a whole lot more

We usually do cosmic bowling on Friday night...the parade on Sat morning and Sat evening we go to the City Museum http://www.citymuseum.org and Sunday we do brunch at one of the resaurants over close to The Hill

Cool i'll have to check out that site as well. Something i'm starting to dabble in.(Been trying to find the best way to make stuff cheap) I already belong to a LJ group for furries and ageplaye(which I allready do).

I'm a vegetarian myself, tried to go vegan several times but I lack that discipline it seems. But I wanted to say I love your shirt!

I love the Rainbow Brite costume too. She was my favorite when I was little!

i loved rainbow brite as a kid. i used to have a doll and my grandmother made me all the sprites from patterns since it woulda cost a fortune to buy all of them. :)

i am only mostly vegan. i don't do cheese or eggs but i do eat some veg items that have eggs in them like morning star farms chik nuggets. I LOVE THOSE!!!

I still have one of the big Rainbow Brite dolls and the small one, I have a small Patty O'Green, Romeo Red Sprite and Rainbow's horse Starlight. Kinda nostalgic. I wish I'd held onto the ones I had as a kid. I had such a large collection, mostly that I'd picked up at thrift stores and stuff.

Those chik nuggets are my favorite! Those and the bacon strips. Those make really good BLT's.
