For all I know he's asking for it for some ulterior motive that will break my heart (again), but for now he's just being epic and I respect and admire that.
I also love how Sue deals with him. She doesn't handle it perfectly either, but she just does such a good job keeping him in check, and (most of the time, when she's not being a heartless bitch) he responds so well to her.
