SSONG SPOILERS 3x17 Klaine, misunderstanding, breakup anonymous April 27 2012, 22:42:49 UTC

Kurt takes Blaine singing "it's not alright but it's ok" as Blaine breaking up with him. He breaks down right there in the middle of the choir room sobbing and beggin Blaine not to break up with him. Finn/rachel/sam hug kurt while Blaine stands frozen but kurt pulls away crying harder. Blaine finally snapps out of it and comforts kurt reasurring him that he loves him and he's not breaking up with him and cuddles. :)

Would you be objected to drawing it out some? Like maybe Blaine can't talk to Kurt during the meeting because he runs off? Maybe Kurt even avoids him for days...Draw the angst out some?

Anything you would like to do is perfect! I just reallky want Kurt to be devestated in front of the gleeks and only Blaine is able to consoule him. I love your fics and I am truely honored!

I love the way you went with this! The protective Gleeks are magnificent and you so clearly captured how clueless Blaine is about the performance, the way he seems to both want it to hurt and humiliate Kurt but at the same time, doesn't really catch on either that it has or that Kurt isn't going to meekly accept it.

I'm not going to go anon because I don't want to hide, and believe me when I say you are an amazing author and you write extremely way. If this is overstepping, please tell me, I just want to give my opinion on this.

Personally, I don't really like this fic or- let me rephrase- I dislike what happened in this fic. While it was written beautifully and it was in-character, I hate that all the blame was put on Blaine for this. This issue was just as much Kurt's fault as Blaine's, and the entire glee club sided with Kurt because they've known him longer.

The sad part is that it could have happened on the show- everyone was in character and everything. So- you wrote this wonderfully and it was in-character I just hate it because it could have happened and, once again, all the blame was put on Blaine.

I'm extremely sorry if this is out of line.

Oh, wow, I feel terrible now because MY SISTER FORGOT TO LOG ME OUT. So yeah. I loved this. It was absolutely amazing and perfect and in-character. She's crazy. So I'm so sorry about that!

If you don't like a fill, don't comment bashing an author. Just scroll on by, and keep the wank off the comm.

Having read the fill, the fill fits the prompt in terms of Kurt sobbing, and a conversation about the misunderstanding occurring- although perhaps harder on Blaine that perhaps requested. However prompts are ideas, and it's understandable that a fill may be extended slightly past the prompt to other characters (or canon), as done here.

Totalgleekgirl: to help forestall some wank & disagreement of character portrayal that you are getting, it may be wise that you've taken a harder/slightly darker look on Blaine on your entry.

To everyone else: keep your comments polite, as per the rules. If you wish to discuss something and debate about it that isn't bashing an author - the discussion post, which is linked in the entry - is your post to do such discussion. Such comments on the prompt post will be screened & frozen.

I liked it too (even though I think it was too kind to Blaine). I have so many issues with Season 3.
