Kurt/Karofsky, forced marriage, mpreg anonymous September 21 2012, 19:59:24 UTC
Kurt wakes up the same way he has for the last three months, his husband pressed close to him with a hand cupped protectively over Kurt's pregnancy-swollen belly. Once he starts stirring, his husband wil wake up to, kiss his cheek or shoulder or throat, whatever's nearest, and then set up and bend down to kiss his belly playfully.

It would be idyllic. If only Kurt had chosen this marriage. If only his husband weren't David Karofsky.

When the car finally stops, Dave doesn’t come for Kurt immediately. Listening very carefully, Kurt can hear an idling engine. They aren’t alone ( ... )

[FILL] Hush 5/?, forced marriage, mpreg anonymous November 23 2012, 09:25:59 UTC
Two more days pass with no light, no water, and no food. He feels the rocking motion of the car halt and start, and occasionally indistinct voices, but not once does Dave let him out. By the third day, he is struggling to control his limbs. They jerk without warning, smacking together, the ropes cutting tighter and tighter. He has to measure his breathing, widening his nostrils to accommodate as much air as possible. He tries swallowing his own spit, but soon his throat and lips feel bone-dry.

And then he rolls over and Blaine is right there, unnaturally bright in the darkness, but he’s here, he’s come for Kurt. His arms open around Kurt, pulling him close, and Kurt can’t speak, but he doesn’t need to. He buries himself in Blaine, one oh-so-familiar palm against his back, toying with his hair. Blaine presses light kisses to the top of his head occasionally, and hums an unfamiliar tune that sounds like home ( ... )

OP here and appreciative! It's a good thing that you want this to be scary because it IS. Dave is so unbalanced and scary. No wonder Kurt treads so carefully for fear of his life, and who knows what Dave might do even afterwards.

At least Kurt is hallucinating some comfort and hope from Blaine.

Oh, yes, poor Kurt. I'm trying to justice to Kurt's incredible will to survive, combined with what he has to do in order to live, and the massive drain that takes on his spirit, plus his former inclination towards sympathy towards Dave way back in Season Two. It's quite the mix, but so exciting to explore! And yes, thank goodness for imaginary!Blaine - although it's sad for what that meant for Kurt's mindset at the time.

The last part for tonight. I expect to be able post the next part on Sunday. :)

When Kurt is next conscious, Blaine is gone. There is complete silence, no car engine at all. Kurt sobs furiously around his gag, nearly choking on painful gasps, hot tears soaking his face.

Maybe Dave isn’t going to come for him. Perhaps he’s driven the car to the edge of an abandoned parking lot and walked away. Kurt will die in the boot, in four hours, or four days, without ever seeing light again. And eventually, years into the future, when Kurt Hummel has melted away to nothing but a cautionary tale not to Christmas shop alone late at night, some unsuspecting passerby will report the car, and the police will find his -

Stop it. Kurt is not that weak. He’s not.

Dave has to come for him. He is Dave’s Perfect Thing, the only way for Dave to be happy. The whispers late at night used to chill him, but now they are the only thing that makes him believe he might live.

And from somewhere far away -

Hold on. I love you.

I love you too. Please let me ( ... )

Oh, my, this is getting worse, isn't it. I wonder how close Kurt is to miscarrying (he can't be far away, that long without water, let alone food, plus all the stress). If he does, I don't think that Dave will exacctly blame himself.

I'd love to see more of what Kurt thinks about this pregnancy. Even if he should want to give birth and keep it, he must be terrified of the thought of what Dave would do to a child in one of his more volatile states.

Dave certainly wouldn't blame himself if Kurt miscarried. And Kurt's body certainly isn't in a healthy condition for pregnancy. I won't spoil it, but there is more to come on the state of this pregnancy, but naturally, in Kurt's current situation, he doesn't have the medical information he needs. I was actually just writing today about Kurt's views on this pregnancy, and note-gathering for the different perspectives on abortion, miscarriage, male pregnancy, etc, that I want to explore in this story. The full range will emerge as more characters come into play. :)

Something soft rests on him. No, under him. Or perhaps both. He might be floating, slightly above it, but that can’t be right. People can’t fly. Maybe he could fly if he was dead. No, that can’t be right either. If he was dead, he wouldn’t be doing anything. Because of being dead ( ... )

Go, Mike! Let's hope that nce he figures out that Karofsky ran right after he asked about Kurt, he's able to get the police to listen more. Or maybe Burt? Even if he's an ex-Senator now, he'd have to have some pull.

Your Dave is so, so scary. Kurt really has guts to sass him.

Kurt's ability to stare danger in the face has always amazed me, so I wanted to bring out his strength here. But goodness, Dave frightens me just writing him. :)

They leave the motel the next morning, Kurt tucked oh so safely in the boot well before the sun is up. But this time, Dave tucks several blankets around him, and doesn’t bind his wrists or ankles. Most precious of all, though, is the water bottle. Kurt clutches at it greedily, his lifeline ( ... )

Oh, my, Dave's light "You're sweet when you're scared" is a masterstroke. His mind is so warped.

I bet you'd be amazing at writing original psychological horror, too.

Thank you so much! I would love to try my hand at more original psychological horror, having only done it in short bursts in the past.

You're very welcome! I am loving writing this far more than I should, given the subject material...
