I hate to do this, but I'm going to screen this. Anne McCaffery has specifically asked that people not write fanfiction for her works, which I think we should respect, even if we don't like it. Trust me, I don't like it either, but it's best if we respect the author's wishes.

At first it'd been nice.

He didn't really have to work here, at all. It was a sort of a vacation.

There was even a club that devoted every moment of their time to bursting into songs. And the talent! The first few days were full of such glorious talent, Sweet had nearly cried with joy. One boy could out dance him, he was sure of it. Then the girl with the voice! Sweet had nearly melted when she started belting out that first solo.

Everything was perfect.

But, after the kids had broken out into their fifth song in one single day, Sweet got irritated. He was bored. There was no fight here. There was no challenge.

And if Sweet were honest:

He kind of missed Sunnydale.
