I have to admit I liked Leanne's collection, though I thought she might get slammed for lacking color. Then I remembered Christian won with his blaque ensemble last season. I liked Korto's better because damn she knows color!

As it is, I hope Kenley is taking the hint and learning some fashion history now.

I understand her use of the colors though. She had said in the previous episode that this particular collection was inspired by the ocean. I think it could have been more interesting, yes, but overall, I thought it was pretty.

I think Jerrell should have A: been in the top 3, and B: won.

Korto's collection was much more interesting, I will give her that. But I agree with Rachel that it was probably based on Leanne's full season.

I think leanne just annoyed me overall. And Jerrell had a nice "vision" but the man couldn't really sew very well, I think that was their biggest complaint about him.

ugh..i thought kenley was a douche with some great (recycled with no point of personal reference) designs, but a really limited scope......she annoyed me and was so incredibly rude to everyone in her nerve grating lack of intonation whiny voice....she pointed this out herself when she discovered that tim gunn was a judge *uh oh, maybe i should have adjusted my attitude*......i too wanted korto to win, i really liked her stuff and her range of fit was great....amazing colors and an assortment of different silhouettes ....and leann, well i thought her stuff was amazingly well made and interestingly structured ...too repetitious for me and verged on a little boring in my mind ....i think that a lot of the decision was perhaps based on the fact that she was forward thinking.....a percentage of her stuff was made with renewable resources.....and after she pointed that out, i think that was the scale tipper for her with the judges....all in all i thought this was the most boring season of project runway with the least amount of new/fresh/ ( ... )

Kenley had a bad attitude. Definitely. But I couldn't help but think she was adorable. And the fact that she kept knocking everybody off was a little bit lame - but she said at the beginning of the season that she used to design for walmart or target I think? And that's sort of their m.o.

I didn't much care for korto's aesthetic, but I loved her final collection, it all fit together so well and the colors and fits were great. Not for me, but I appreciated it. Kenley's collection was just more "my aesthetic"

and leanne's was just like boring and ugly to me and unwearable. the girl can sew, but blech. Plus I don't really like her at all personally, she just bothers me.

and I agree - most lackluster season to date.

I was shocked that Leann beat out Korto. I wasn't fond of either of them, or of their collections, but Korto's colors, fabrics, and shapes were lush and absolutely wearable.

Leann: one-trick fabric-folding pony and a booooring palette. I might have liked it better if she'd incorporate a rich dusty violet or midnight instead of that 1950s aquamarine color.

Leanne's color palette was... unpalatable. hehe

I thought her designs were pretty unwearable and the colors were unflattering.

Korto should have def. won based on last night's performance, which is why I think it wasn't just based on the runway show.

as i said, I think I just have a major problem with Leanne. Ugh those colors were just awful though! I think I would have liked it more had it not been that unflattering aquamarine color, and not one lick of any kind of pattern!! And for heaven sakes, she's at bryant park, you think she could have at least brushed her hair!!

I loved kenley's wedding gown too. You think I could get away with something like that in my hair??? :P
