Some of the donations are really small like a plastic tablecloth or plastic forks.  I know I have a ton of brand new toys in my attic which I bought on clearance for donations or other kids' birthday parties, not to mention all the extra gifts Nathan does not need.  I'm going to talk to my girlfriend too to see where some of the shelters are.  I ( Read more... )

So we have open space next to us. It is conservation land and town owned. There is a large grassy section that abutts our property as well as one of my neighbors. So I watched 2 hours of American Idol (OK I FFd through a lot of it). DO you think I got to see who won? I know who won now of course but I got to the end of the 2 hours and seriously wondered if they were going to show the actual results tomorrow.

Nathan decided he did not want to go to bed until after 10PM! He was at Kindercare today too and usually he is begging to go to sleep early after his busy day. Well he did have a 2 hour and 15 minute nap today so I didn't get him there until almost 1 o'clock. So we have this little cat that comes to visit us almost every day. She comes up the back deck and looks through the sliding glass door and meows at either me or one of our cats.
