So Kyle and I broke up. More specificly, I broke up with him through lying cause I didn't want to say to his face "The only reason why we're together is you like me." The problem with this is that he thinks we're going to get back together, so I'll finalize that when I say I just can't deal with a relationship

this isn't relationship problems, that would imply that there was still a relationship. I hvae serious commitment issues. So I don't plan to date for a long while, and really wish I could find a way to make this up to him.

no ben, even though the relationship is over you still have a problem. Commitment goes hand and hand with relationships, therefore if you have a problem with one, you have a problem with the other. And don't stress yourself about making it up to him, you don't have to blame yourself because you didn't feel it anymore. You're new to this, but that's how relationships are, you can feel sorry for him that you did this, but it isn't you fault, you of all people should know that if you don't love/like someone that staying with them is completely insane if its for the sake of whether their feelings are hurt or not... yes i know that sounds like a load of babble

Well, the thing is, he thinks we're going to get back together because I wanted to let him down gently. But its been 4 days and he's called me 3 of them, and emailed me as well. ANd I'm torn between keeping up the facade and just flat out saying "I'm sorry, it's over, it's honestly not your fault, I'm just really immature."
