Feeling decidedly less abstract today, which is a bonus, and i remembered a random man trying to chat me up in the street when i was crying on Sunday, which in a strange way makes me beleive that the world will be alright again soon. Why that should be a sign of anything other than my freak-magnet status i'm not sure, but i'll go with it.

Sometimes i wish i would go properly mad, cause then when i thought something that didn't make any sense, i wouldn't have that strand of rationality shouting at me to stop being daft. Feeling marginally more in control this week. Not any less shit mind, but more able to deal with it.
