Walking in high-graffiti areas where I know there's gang activity. Or driving through those areas, especially when there are very few street lights.

Nothing like a strep sinus infection, strep throat and bronchitis to make me feel really old. I've called out from work twice, so I'm going to have to work tomorrow. We definitely keep a landline. We live in a place with earthquakes, so you really need a landline. When the huge Northridge quake hit, I got on the landline immediately after the shaking stopped and called my mom in Indiana.
