Never mind, I just read the news. Holy crap. Glad you guys are okay!

There were some tornadoes last nite downtown and on the east side some. Some lofts collapsed over in Cabbagetown and folks in East Atlanta got some damage, too. We're a little east and north of the really bad stuff, luckily.

It's a pretty recent feature. Tornadoes scare me! I'm glad there wasn't serious damage near you.

we drove through some seriously nasty storm on the way to the party, impressive lightning. Very wet. I didn't realize how bad it was until this morning. Windows blown out in CNN center? whoa.

My friend Christy works for the Congress Center and is downtown today. She said it was a mess there, but then other parts are totally untouched. How spooky!

That's how tornadoes work! Have you ever seen those pictures where a whole neighborhood will be destroyed except one house that is in perfect condition? It's freaky.
