There's no good way to say someone very important to you has died. Your friends and acquaintances care in as much as they care about you but it doesn't really affect them. And yet it's somehow important to let them know. Or it is to me.

My father died this morning.

I think I broke Amazon's algorithm. Their recommendation engine is pushing me to buy a lovely print halter-neck dress and red leather purse.

Today is not good.

I fucking hate those depression med adverts where some frowning person sits on a couch while life happens around them but they don't participate. Maybe if you're made of wealth. Real life doesn't have that option.

Atlanta folks, I've got an Epson Stylus 925 printer and a Canon CanoScan 3000F that I don't need. They're both older but still in the box. Anybody want one or both?

Postcards are finally arriving! I mailed them from NZ on Oct 11. The first few people got theirs last week. Other folks got them Monday and yesterday.

New Zealand is amazing! I'm ready to go back.
