Ok, I just found out that there is a make of products that were designed to aid in the symptoms of crohns disease (which I have), and basically it's a few additives, but mainly it's an al around diet. I whole raw foods diet. Which means i'm eating vegetable (gross) , fruits (yum), and roots, and all sorts if shit that come from that section of the ( Read more... )
