One of the most popular, if not the most popular, tv series in the UK is called The Last of the Summer Wine. One of my coworkers, I trained him when he was first hired on, has a niece who works on that show. I found this out during an informal chat during a break. Today at work, my coworker hunted me down and presented me with a package containing

I wouldn't say Last of the Summer Wine was "The" most popular show. It's been going a long time, but it's not the #1 thing on TV.

Considering the star of LotSW is one Peter "Wallace" Sallis, that well and truly rocks. :)
