Over here 28 point buy is normal. Either that or 4d6-keep3.

My favourite is Neverwinter Nights' 30 point buy. Not overpowered, but let's you play a Paladin without compromising somewhere.

I was meaning the game, I thought you were planning on playing it over LJ.

3 million points is good too, you just gotta up th eprices to buy things. IE: 100k for 9-14, 200k for 15-16, and 300k for 17 & 18.
