I was delivering a pizza to an individual on the Uxbridge-Pickering Sideline, and it was the Saturday before large-item pickup day. I saw this chair sitting at the edge of the driveway, and when I delivered the pizza, I asked the customer if it still worked and if they had any cats. The answer was yes and no, so I having some time to spare (it was before the evening rush), I asked him if he could help me move it to the side of the house, and told him that I would come by with a truck and pick it up the next day.
The next day when I came to pick it up, his wife came to me and asked if I wanted a TV. While she was describing it, the husband was behind her shaking his head. I told the wife that I already had a 27" TV, and promptly got a thumbs up from the husband.
I kept the chair for that summer, and took it with me to Piggy's. When I left Piggy's, I gave the chair to Gerald. Too bad I left my axe behind.
I really like the travel mug I got free from working at Toyota. Its blue and silver and really nice...though I don't really have an interesting story to go with it. :P
Sorry that was me. Borrowing a friends account. My favourite thing I think is a multicoloured dice bag I got from my mum. It's shaped like a small holdall with mini- 9and extremely useless!) handles on the side. It was very unexpected and very thoughtful. Its the most evidence she's ever shown of understanding me.
