One two and a half year old ginger moggy called Jake. Needs a new home with loving owners. As much as I will hate letting him go Zachariah comes first and the advice given today is to get rid of the cat (or give him an extended holiday as the doctor tactfully said

The missus already has 2 ginger cats, but considering how atached I got to the little guy during my short stay with you a few years back I worry for his future. I'll beg and grovel to the wife tonight and see what she says about the physical and financial possibilities of Jake coming to live with us. Do you think he'd take to living in a flat where he wouldn't be able to go outside. The 2 cats we have already are about 3, and so of a similar age.

Hope Zach is better soon. I've got eczema too so I can sympathise.

have you asked mum and dad? If he just needs to be removed for a while to see if zac is cat-allergic then maybe they could take him for a couple of months and give him back if zac is okay?

We would take Jake for you, but Thomas doesn't play well with others, and it's his house really.

Thanks Random, but unfortunately Jake is definetely an outside cat which is a shame as you have cats of a similar age. Thanks for the offer though. I will suggest to the parents that they take him for a while Haze. I just know that it is not a long term solution as dad is dead set against getting another cat at their age. Hopefully we can find the trigger though and that it is not cat fur!
