We brought Lucy to her six month appointment today and she did great. Barely cried over the shots, and is doing good overall. She weighs 18.11lbs and 27 inches, I thought she would weigh a lot more then that but apparently not ( Read more... )

Six months old Lucy! Yay! She's trying to grab my computer right now.

We went to see the Lion King last night at Proctors and it was amazing. We were the ninth row from the front and right on the end. And we have a poster that was signed by the performers, so now we need to get that framed and hung up. Lucy stayed with Shannon and did really good all night. So I just got an email from the school saying my financial aid paperwork was chosen at random to have MORE fucking paperwork filed out. This is getting so ridiculous, I want to scream. Lucy actually drank her prune juice for the first time today, she loved it. She kept grabbing the sippy cup and sucking it down. At least that's good.

I wrote my essay for school, now I just have to print out the transcript request form and finish the stupid financial aid crap. I got the fafsa all finished and processed. Well, it says it's done and processed but we'll see. I just need to do the tap once it will let me. Then I'm done! That is until they send me the tests I have to take. Hopefully ( Read more... )

So Lucy ate sweet potato puffs yesterday and loved them. It's so cute to see her mashing them up with her little gums. So I went to see my new therapist, Eloise. I definitely like her the best of anyone I've been to. We filled out the paperwork, talked a bit, she prescribed me Pristiq and I have to go get blood work and an EKG. Not too thrilled with that. So I applied to Bryant & Stratton for an online degree. And now I'm nervously awaiting a reply. This is a great opportunity for me to actually do something with my life and not just move from worthless job to worthless job.
