According to my mother-in-law, Dana took a couple of steps today, trying to get a pink ball she wanted. It was a sort of step-lunge, step-lunge, fall. Kathy said she seemed a little surprised at herself.

Not surprisingly, the little nut refused to do it again when I got there. :P

The baby came early (by nearly two months)--Grace Maree was born yesterday (Jan. 30th) just after noon. The parents report she weighed in at 3 lbs, 4.9 oz, and measured 15 1/2 inches long.

From what I've heard, Grace is doing well.

One of my eggs died--a black offspring of an alt black and regular black parents. I bred it yesterday, posted it to the hatchery on the DCFansite, and checked on it tonight. It died today! *cries ( Read more... )
