If you had the chance to go crazy and completely overhaul your appearance, what would you do?

I have made a decision:

Not only is love unrealistic but for me, it's nearly impossible. But, it's okay I suppose...I mean, I love my family, my friends...but, there's also different kind of love. And I don't believe in it anymore.
