Well that is not really true. It was a really good day. I rode bikes with some friend in the AM and felt ok. Came home and mowed that damn yard. I hate yard work. Skated tonight and skated very well. This was the first good practice I have had in sometime ( Read more... )

Well it has been too long since my last real post. I was cleaning out some old files on my computer yesterday and found a few things that set my mind a going.
