I thought it might be time for an update. It is 2012, afterall. Life continues to be good, but crazy--so I guess I can't really complain. The house is finally coming together in a way that I am really proud of. I had lots of time over the holidays to really clean/finally finish unpacking some boxes/organize. Just looked at my calendar, and I'm only going to be home for 10 days in November. Of course, the fact that I'm taking two vacations this month is fortunately a good part of that. Life continues to be pretty awesome. I did go to the ballet class that I mentioned in my last post, and have been back several times since. I love dancing again! It's a fabulous workout and also mentally challenging. I love the teacher and I just come home so happy after each class--it's just such a release! And I'm actually one of the best ( Read more... )

Well we had quite the Memorial Day weekend. Saturday, Chris and I bought our first car. I had been driving the same car since I was 16, and it just wasn't worth the price to fix it anymore.
