It happened around 9.30 this morning (your time).

I'm so glad he's no longer suffering.  But I've been crying about every twenty minutes or so anyway.

As usual, I'm a little slow responding, but the same goes for me. I'm sorry that your grandpa died, but then again, we all knew it was coming, so I am glad his suffering's over. I'm actually better at answering my cell phone than email, etc., so feel free to call me if you need to talk. Hopefully it won't be too long before the worst is over and you can focus on enjoying your trip the way he wanted you to.
