All right. What do you think Canada's part in all this is, specifically? And would you say it's the country acting as a whole, or a rogue group of citizens? [ And he is actually. seriously asking here, lmao.

Cable gets the feeling that putting this together will be kind of like solving a jigsaw puzzle... but having to go on a scavenger hunt for all the pieces first. And not quite knowing how many pieces are in said puzzle to start with. Or what it's supposed to look like when it's done. In other words, looking like a difficult prospect. ]
