ouch, as mentioned this does happen a lot, although with the new macbook range it is pretty much fixed. (what with the magnetics and all) for a replacement try graphx they are by the big tescos and are far superior than western computers in the Beechwood. And as for the mac comment, well if people want to have virus riddled, constant crashing pc's let them,

(my laptop powersupply is made of 2 of them, an held together with electrical tape. i should maybe unplug it, eh?)
