Wow.  Nothing good is happening today.  It doesn't help that I got 3 hours of sleep last night, either (literally...from 3AM to 6AM.) And I've got cramps, too.  When things go wrong when you've got cramps, they become extra unpleasant.

I'd better do something comfortingly familiar, quick. Play a favourite game, maybe, or read a favourite book...

I am extremely bored.  And yet, way too tired to actually DO anything.  But sleeping makes my neck and jaw pain worse and I get even more tired.

I think if there were a hell, and it had a waiting room (standing room only!), this might be it.

Today, finally ordered myself a Sheik amiibo.  There's a sort of weird, meaningless satisfaction in getting an amiibo.  I should eventually have my Wolf Link amiibo from a while back, too, but it's coming all the way from Japan.  (I don't remember where Sheik was coming from.)  Wolf Link opens an entire new dungeon in the Twilight Princess remaster ( Read more... )

Wow, it's SO nice out.  I mean...it's only 2C.  (That's about 35 or 36F, if anyone needs to know.)  But it's very sunny and the wind is still and the birds are chirping...and the snow and ice is melting off the roof in rivers, today as much as yesterday.  (It was warm yesterday too...warmer than this.  Not sure how warm it'll get, today.)  Got both ( Read more... )

Your Lie In April is a really lovely anime.  Normally I prefer manga, to read rather than to watch.  But in this case, anime all the way.  It's such a pretty story, and it looks better animated than the way it is drawn by the manga artist.  Plus you get to HEAR the music...and in a story all about a pianist and a violinist, that's got a lot more ( Read more... )
