Okay, so I'm still working on my part of the study of posts made to fanficrants that I mentioned months ago. I should have finished way back in April, but my head decided it was time for yet another breakdown so blah, didn't get it done all summer. I'm doing a research project on politeness/impoliteness in (wanky posts in) fanficrants for a course on Web Linguistics. I didn't think I'd ever end up doing academic research on anything concerning fans and fandom, much less a community like fanficrants, but there you go.
