I've debated going back and friends locking all my posts...but it seems like so much work!

I just went through and locked any that mentioned another user's name, or that I would be embarrassed for a massage patient to see. It didn't take all of that long. Apparently paid accounts can edit the security of all entries at once, but I didn't really feel like upgrading.
