When you eat Sugar Smacks cerial it makes your pee smell like Sugar Smacks.

I've known this for a few years.

But I think i've discovered that the same thing also works with Frosted Flakes. I mean, maybe I'm just crazy, I haven't done an indepth study, but I think it does.

I wish I had known about this with i was 5, when it would have been cooler

I ended up going to Comic Con by myself because none of my friends wanted to go. Or the ones that wanted to go didn't want to go badly enough. I left early, and drove for thirty minutes before i realized i had left my camera at home. It has been hot all day, lingering in the hundreds. Now it's past midnight and it began raining, a downpour strong enough to drown out the sound of the TV that i keep on over my shoulder on nights like this. The big tree out in front is gone. There were people outside from 6:45 until 4 in the afternoon digging it up.

The dog is gone.

The only good thing that happened this week: i got to kick a donut.

The last few days have been really hot, and today was a killer. I went to the freezer to get some popsicles for the cat and me, and it felt really good to just stand there for a moment. The cat suggested that we take turns sitting in the freezer, cooling down for five minutes, and then switching out with the other one. This worked out really nice ( Read more... )

The last couple days at work were interesting. On Monday we took a plane out to the runway while another plane was coming in. It was like playing chicken with a jet, except that it was too dark to really see the plane. I bought a soundtrack for Final Fantasy VIII, with some of the songs done to an orcastra. I thought it would made me want to play the game again, but instead i'm just remembering all the good parts of it. I downloaded the trailer for Final Fantasy 12 and 13. 12 looks interesting.
