I also don't really want to give the Carrows an excuse to give another prefect badge to a Slytherin, you know? Can you imagine if Crabbe or Goyle were prefects?
Happy belated birthday, Anthony. They're easy to forget this year, aren't they? I turned 18 and didn't even think about it until I got a box full of half-eaten cake from Mum.
