Making flash cards always improves my mood

So does emptying my 'trash' on the computer. I have what feel like exciting and lofty plans for the summer, plans which I am trying to get clear in my head. I want to clean and take a sort of inventory of everything in my room and keep it clean all summer, untill I leave for spain. I want to make much art, go dancing approximately once a week

A Day in the Life

You think you're bad, Mollie, here's a salute to my geekdom. Today was an exemplar of productive days--productive being used in our mutual, lackluster-by-conventional-standards sense. Here are the salient features:

1. Woke up feeling dreadful, and though the feeling never waned I persevered anyway.
2. Completed the composition of my Stoicism assignment. Haven't the slightest inkling what I'm endeavoring to say in it, but refuse to squander more of my finite mortal moments on it.
3. Wrote checks out to my various corporate amigos and did some personal financing. Revelation: I am not rich.
4. Found--at Walgreen's, no less--the ideal Mother's Day card for my grandma whom I won't see on Sunday. For my mom I'm making one.
5. Read some POEtry. I'm trying to develop a taste for Edgar.
6. Reviewed Spanish grammatical structures via old assignments.
7. Have a hot date tonight with an exciting new book: The Mother Tongue: English and How It Got That Way. You know what those etymologies do to me...

Well, both that I am invited to are on Friday night. The one I will end up staying at they have known me for like six years so you are definetly welcome to join and the other is at Tinneans, who lives rather close to you.

Jeff's starts at 10 and I'm not sure what time the other starts, but I'll be getting there around 1:30 in the morning so. The choice is yours! I'll email you my cell if you really do want addresses.
