I just found out my ex's mom died yesterday of a blood clot in her heart. It's not really a surprise because she was dying; she had been on dialysis for 7 years, but... *sigh* I don't know. Hubby goes on the MEU in September a week earlier than everyone else because he's going to be on cargo watch. I'm already crying myself to sleep over it. I made my Mom's Mother's Day card yesterday. On the front I painted a butterfly the color of fire and made the background a swirly, smokey, Van Gough-looking thing. My sick sister's husband didn't get the appeal on the 20 year old rape case they found him guilty for. She's sick, can't get full disability because her IQ's too high, has 4 kids, and is hundreds of miles away from her family and friends. Hubby and I stayed up all night last night together watching the first season of Glee that we bought on DVD yesterday.
