hi. i'm vixencec this has nothing to do with your post, but i am trying to find someplace to get my hood pierced in pittsburgh. i did a directory search and found that you have piercings listed as one of your interests. do you have any friends or have you had a good experience anywhere around pittsburgh? thanks!

Hey! Sorry it's taken me this long to get back to you!

I'm also sorry to report that my interests in piercings is mainly in other people who have them! Even my ears are too sensitive to keep studs in. :( But, I did some searching and found this site, which is a student guide to piercing places in Pittsburgh.

Back in high school (which would have been around four years ago now), a group of my friends got their tongues pierced at the South Side Body Bazaar, which has a good reputation. Another shop with a good rep is Hot Rod Body Piercing.

I'm sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner or with more information! Try picking up Pulp or some other "alternative" papers that you can find for free around the city - they might have some listings!

Thanks for the ideas. I think I am going to check out Hot Rods, being that they are the only shop in Pittburgh that is an APA member and I got the most recommendations to that place.
