Yesterday Binh Minh had a holiday so I didn't have my morning class. Which meant that I didn't have to worry about what time I went to bed as I could have a lie-in in the morning. My class this morning was at Ga Saigon - the first place I went to on Monday morning. There are three girls - 13,15 and 16. And they are all at differnt levels. The oldest can understand most things when I write them down, but not to hear, whereas the youngest understands things to hear better than the oldest! This morning both Austin and I went to Binh Minh (orphanage #3) to teach. When we arrived the kids (all girls) stood up and crowded round us. So I will actually be working in three different orphanages, two of which I went to today. The first one I am there to teach two teenage girls who are behind at school because the English they are taught there is too advanced, and they have not yet mastered the basics. Had orientation this morning. In the weekday mornings I will be working in one orphanage teaching two girls (14 and 15) basic English because they are being taught more advanced stuff at school without the basic knowledge.
