But at least you picked up the oogy vibes quickly, and not, say, a month from now.

I'm SO glad I changed my meds. I feel like I got my "spark" back, you know? I feel more confident about my looks and dating than I have in a long, long time. I can do this!

Having someone able to keep up w/ you intellectually is just so important.

Where is this Mars Bar? In Richmond? I have never heard of it. I've only been here since December and I never go out much anymore..lame!

Yes, Mars Bar is in Richmond! It's on 18th Street in Shockoe Bottom. It's a great place -- they do different varitions of '80s music nights every night of the week. There's no cover, the drinks are dirt cheap, people there love to dance, and it's a great vibe. It's the only place I'll go dancing in Richmond. You must come! You should really come out to sacrosanct on mondays at the nanci raygun. Its SOOOO much better than mars.better Music, people, everything.

You're right, especially since Mondays are one of my days off. I'll have to give it a try. But I like the people at Mars -- can you believe that I've known you and Jesse and John and Kit for five years now? Amazing.

I have no idea how someone doesn't pick up street smarts in Croatia, and live to tell about it.

And the fact that he didn't have the good graces to be even somewhat abashed when you fended him off tells the whole story.

Fuck 'im...and you never have to deal with him again. ;-)
